Return Policy

Of course we hope you love your purchase from Pemaquid Mercantile, but understand that things don't always work out – and we'd like to make this as easy and hassle-free as possible. We only ask that returns are made within 14 days of receiving your order and that they come back in their original condition. If you would like to return an item for a refund or store credit, please send an email to [email protected]for return instructions.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was determined to be defective or damaged.

Order Fulfillment

Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. We try to keep inventory as up-to-date as possible, but we can't always guarantee that it will be accurate. On the off-chance that your order something which is actually sold out, you'll be notified by email and a refund will be processed – or we can simply ship your order once it is restocked.

International Shipping

Since international shipping can be variable and expensive, it's best to email us your orders so that we can get an accurate shipping quote for you. To place an order internationally or receive a shipping quote, email [email protected].

We won't sell or share your information with anyone for any reason. When you purchase from our online store, some information such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and credit card number are required. We only ask for this information so that we can process your order.
