Coastal Maine is home to thousands of small islands and a breathtaking rocky coastline – a couple of the many reasons that I chose to live here. This gorgeous quilt depicts Penobscot Bay, stretching from the coastal town of Rockland up to the stunning Mt. Desert Island which is home to Acadia National Park. Gold polysilk is meticulously appliqued onto a soft, pale blue cotton and all roads and typography are carefully hand-stitched.
